Please help , dont know what to do.......?
Check with a doctor, sometimes physical causes are manifest as depression or aggravate its symptoms such as a vitamin deficiency, hypothyroidism or other hormonal problems. Afterwards, when physical causes are ruled out from the equation, check with a therapist. Meanwhile, as depression is intricately related to lifestyle, you can start by cutting unnecessary stressors in your life (e.g. sleep earlier, listen to good music, switch to a healthier diet, get out and get some fresh air) and exercising more often to release endorphins (the " feel good " chemicals) into your body.
