Excessive Nose Bleeds?

Ok, So for the past couple years my nose bleeds atleast once a month. But however close to the end of the bleeding a giant almost palm sized mass of gooey blood either comes out of my mouth when sniff too hard or it comes out my nose before the bleeding stops. The bleeding ceases pretty quickly after this blob comes out. Also, the blood is also always very cold. It is never warm. From the second it leave my nose at the beginning the blood is cold. I know blood cools to room temp, but i dont think it does that fast, especially not that much blood. Should I see the doctor about either issue? The giant blood blob EVERY time and the frigid blood? any advice to help please i am tired of these nose bleeds
