My girlfriend only wants to kiss me?

am 16 and ive had a lot of trouble with girls in that ive found it hard to find a girlfriend for a long time (even though ive been told by several boys and girls that im good looking, funny etc). ive been goiing out with my current girlfriend for 4 months and its been going well so far. we recently had a heart-to-heart and she said that shes really not ready to do anything else other than kiss and shes now worried that im getting bored of her but still wont do anything other than kissing. i love her and i want to stay with her but i get a lot of abuse from guys about being a frigid and i really want to shake off that image. so im torn between staying with my girlfriend (which would mean pretending to be content with just kissing and taking all the abuse from the guys at my school) and leaving her to find another, more willing girlfriend (but it took me a year to find my current girlfriend). firstly do you think i should stay or go? and is there any way of getting her to go further with me?
