Don't move in advance. Let him initiate. Aside from being tipsy, boys have strong guts when they're with the girl in private. So make sure that when you are flirting with him, no one is listening or looking. Try being talkative cause when you talk, you'll be comfortable with each other and the barriers between you will be destroyed. About the kissing, hugging, holding hands, etc, good timing is needed. Surprise him! But remember, no one should be looking at you. Or else, people would think you're cheap.
