This guy and I both like each other but we are both really shy?

Well we have known eachother for like a month and we have met up a few times and i really like him, and i'm pretty sure he likes me. I really want to get into a serious relationship with him, but we haven't even hugged or anything because we are both so shy. I'm not frigid and i'm willing to do whatever he wants, but i;m just afraid of how he will react. please don't tell me to get to know him better, i know him fine, i really just wanna get this relationship hurried up a bit. I'm 15 and he's 16, so how do i turn him on a bit and break the whole touch barrier thing? thanks :)
