What reasons are there for women to be scared of being touched by men, or excessively frigid?

I can only think of the example of myself a male. If an olderor same age lady came to touch me or a man tried I would get real mad . I would make such a commotion she/he would never try it again. I am not even going to write any reasons for it. I dont like it.
