Do girls like medium shaggy hair on boys?

im 15 and curious to what girls like in a boy. What kinda of hair do girls like and what personality is best. Also what features do girls like on boys? seeing as im a teenager im worried what girls think of me, its not like im frigid, ive had girlfriends, but the amount has gone down more recently thats why im asking. Please help :)
