I hate to feel that i am frigid? help?

i have been with my boyfriend for just under a year now and still feel it hard to want to do stuff sexually with him. whenever he approaches me to do these things i feel hesitant. i know for sure he is the one for me and i hate that i feel like this. how can i feel more into doing things like this with him?
