My boyfriends frigid... what should i do? :/?

Me and my boyfriend have been dating now for 3 months & we haven't even kissed yet.... he told me that im his first girlfriend that he properly likes & that he hasn't had his first kiss, i reassured him that everything would be ok if he did mess up because its his first kiss and everybody gets nervous & i said that i wouldn't care if hes a bad kisser because i love him for who he is. He still wouldn't do it so my friend said that he'll persuade him too, but it still hasn't worked, he keeps changing the subject & has no balls too do it. He's frigid and i have a really big thing against frigid people :| i love him too bits, but our relationship will get boring and we'll become attracted to other people soon if were not careful :( please help me i don't know what too do....
