I really like him, help me !?

im 13 and i really like this guy, he is the same age as me but he goes out with my bestfriend because i set them up. i really regret setting them up but im happy for ym friend. anyway i have been out with him before and then we split up because of someon else (not my bestfriend) and i really miss him and want him back! alol my ex's were really frigid and didnt even hold may hand but this guys did and we could leave each over alone. please help me!
