How long should I wait to ask him if we have a chance? Or If we are okay?

Alright so.... the other day I was hanging out with my guy friend as well as the guy I really really really like. Well somehow we got onto the topic of relationships and who likes who. The next thing I know they both ask 'Who do you like?' He's sitting right in front of me!!! Well I tell them to try and guess. After a good while of guessing my crush turned to me and stated 'It's me, I know it is. Isn't it?" I'm not sure what I did, but I think I nodded. Well my guy friend got up feeling a little stunned and said he needed to go to the bathroom. THEN my crush got up saying "I'm going with you!" Lol they were falling over one another as they raced to the bathroom together. It was hilarious to watch! Anyway when they came back my crush said to me "You know I really really like that you had the courage to tell me face to face. I really admire that." He kept saying how much he loved my courage. Well.... its been a day and a half and I'm wondering.... should I ask him if we are okay or what? Or is it to early to say anything? I need help! Badly!!
