I'm 17 years old, weight 152pounds, and 5'7. I started lifting weights one year ago. I started this year with protein( amplified wheybolic extreme 60) and it did work for me a lot. It help me lift from 175lbs to 225lbs in six weeks (bench). I just want to get more info of how to lose weight and gain more muscular mass in this vacations for next school year.
